Physical Wellness involves the condition of the body and your 5 senses. To be physically well means to eat right, exercise, get 7-9 hours of sleep, manage stress, and practice proper hygiene. Physical Wellness also means participating in annual check ups at the doctor and going to the dentist.

3. Eat Healthy
Food is where we get our energy and nutrition from. It can be our best friend or our worst enemy. To maintain Physical Wellness, it is best to avoid processed, salty, sweet, and foods high in fat and cholesterol. Stick with fresh vegetables, fruits, proteins, and whole grains.
