I just recently saw an article about the Miley Cyrus and Joe Rogan interview. I am a huge fan of Miley. I think she is very creative and brave for the stuff she puts out there. The excerpt said that Miley was going to stop being a vegan and eat for her "brain type". I have never heard of the term "brain type" when reading on different diets so I thought I would check it out.

The information on the file made the quiz worth it for sure. There was a lot of interesting stuff on there. It indicated that my brain was "struggling" with a score of 59 out of 100. I thought that was kind of funny, but I am not surprised. What I really liked about the information is that it provides you vitamins and minerals that help your specific brain type.
